Chef Wyman has on his belt, more than 12 years of culinary experience. He had extensive working stints in numerous fine dining restaurants, notably, in the Two MICHELIN Starred 𝗪𝗮𝗸𝘂 𝗚𝗵𝗶𝗻 where he spent 8 years honing his skills with celebrity chef and restaurant owner, Chef Tetsuya Wakuda.
