Perle/fect (pronounced as “perfect”) is a brand new local startup specialising in handcrafted chocolates, founded by a chef who aspire to be a chocolatier. Intrigued by the challenging and precise chocolate-making techniques, Chef Chuah joined now-defunct Jewels Artisan Chocolate, one of the top chocolate dessert shop in Singapore, and honed her skills under renown local Chocolatier Then for 6 years. She then participated in 2012’s FHA Culinary Challenge: Petit Fours and Pralines and won Silver Award in the competition. Years after, she hopes to continue her passion for chocolate-making and bring high quality, unique chocolate flavours to consumers. Meticulous in her craft and selections, Chef Chuah uses only premium ingredients like Valrhona Chocolate in her creations. These exquisite and elegant gems are handcrafted in small batches, making sure every step is perfected for the best texture and taste.
