Culinary passion runs deep in Ronette’s family, who own various F&B businesses in their hometown – Batangas in Philippines. After spending a decade serving customers at the table, her love for cooking prompted Ronette to upgrade herself with formal culinary education and subsequently move into the kitchen to serve through her labour of love.
With extensive experience under different restaurants including Morganfield’s and Tunglok Group, LUCI’s Kitchen presents a palate of Western Classics such as the slow-cooked tender BBQ Pork Ribs and Crispy Beer-battered Fish and Chips that’s made with cherry snapper, with every part of the dish prepared from scratch.
