Winner of 𝑫𝑩𝑺 𝑷𝒂𝒚𝒍𝒂𝒉❗ 𝑯𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝑮𝒆𝒎 𝑯𝒂𝒘𝒌𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔 (𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒍) – CRAFT’B will be in Culture Spoon for a special 2-month popup with a brand new menu!
The co-founders of CRAFT’B – Paul and Yujie met while pursuing their degree at Culinary Institute of America (Singapore). Upon completing their internship at Seattle, the enterprising duo decide to ditch the fine dining route to craft their own path with healthy protein bowls at Amoy Street Food Centre since 2017.
Starting off with craft burgers at popup events, the young hawkerpreneurs now focus on beef-centric donburi which are all marinated in-house from scratch. To ensure consistency in taste and flavours, the couple made sure every ingredient used in their sauces and marinade are carefully measured and stay locked within the proteins via sous vide cooking.
While their stall is currently closed due to renovation, CRAFT’B will be dishing out a freshly-curated menu which is only available in limited portions for this special collab, featuring:
