Burmese Brand

It all began from a place of love, in an attempt to satisfy his wife’s cravings for Burmese Food. Since then, it started Christopher’s venture into cooking comforting Burmese dishes with premium ingredients imported directly from Myanmar. Within 3 months, Burmese Brand caught the attention of Chef Shen Tan and was unanimously rated by Night Owl Cinematics’ to be “Food King good”!

Springy thin rice noodles topped with a generous portion of chopped chicken thigh, the crowd-favourite ‘Shan Noodle’ is a must-try! Alternatively, have a hearty bowl of Chicken Coconut Noodle. With the right balance of spices and coconut milky gravy, it’s so simple yet satisfying. There are also vegetarian options such as the Burmese Fried Tofu and Tea Leaf Salad. The one-of-a-kind fried tofu is uniquely made with chickpeas, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Fans of Culture Spoon can now enjoy authentic Burmese food, freshly made from scratch and served just like how it’s done in Myanmar. For those who haven’t tried Burmese food, this is definitely worth a bite!
